Our range of services takes care of everything that is needed from initial consultation, to getting the system installed and servicing and repairs into the future.

Consultation

Listening is vital. We listen to what our customers want from their home and spend time getting to know how they will be using the house. Everyone's lifestyle is different - what would be considered vital for one family in an intelligent home is not needed for another. Only by understanding what our customers want can we create a solution that they will be delighted with.

Design

Having listened to what our customers need, we design a solution which will match their lifestyle. We lay out a design plan with options that our customers can view and comment on. This design stage is the final part of the development of the system before installation. We take pride in producing high quality, dependable documentation and information for our customers, so that they know exactly what will be delivered.

Installation

Nobody enjoys having workmen in their home. That is why we believe in respect for our customers and their homes while we install the solution. At APH Ltd we try to be as unobtrusive as possible and we work quickly so as to have the solution up and running as soon as possible. Installation is available for:

  • Existing homes with families living in them;

  • Renovations of existing properties; 

  • New builds. 

Wherever we install equipment, we believe in courtesy and respect, whilst providing the very highest levels of craftsmanship. 

Commissioning

When a new system is commissioned, it takes more than simply flicking a switch. There are three important elements of commissioning an intelligent home:

  • Downloading the software initially.

  • Testing - we follow a rigorous testing process to ensure that all of the equipment works as it should. This includes both automatic and manual fault finding. Only by doing this can we be sure that our customers will be happy. 

  • Training - we train our customers to use the solution. While KNX technology is simple to operate, we like to make sure that homeowners know exactly how to use their solution to its full potential. 

Servicing

Naturally, it is wise to have an intelligent home solution regularly serviced. This ensures that it is working at maximum efficiency and potential problems can be identified and avoided. We carry out servicing for your equipment to meet your requirements. Our flexible approach means that we can work to suit you.

Repairs

In the unlikely event that any of your equipment needs repairing, we can provide a rapid response service to get it fixed as soon as possible. Remember that we use the highest quality equipment and that there is no central point of failure in a KNX system, so in the unlikely event of a failure, everything else will be functioning in the normal manner it was programmed to.
